Activities/Toys:
- Pull apart toys like pop beads
- Stacking rings, stacking blocks
- Simple puzzles
- Climb, crawl, play at playground or park
- Play with play-doh
- Read every day to your child
Ask your doctor if your child:
- Falls frequently
- Drools a lot or has unclear speech
- Can’t stack more than 4 blocks into tower
- Has trouble manipulating small objects
- Can’t copy a circle by age three
- Can’t communicate in short phrases
- Doesn’t play pretend
- Doesn’t understand simple instructions
- Shows little interest in other children
- Has extreme difficulty separating from caregiver
