Our Staff

We have a wonderful staff at Children's Therapy Clinic. When a child comes to their first appointment, the therapist meets them along with their family. Therapists and parents work together on goals to help the child be more independent at home, in school, and the community. The therapists help the parents learn the best ways to work with their children at home to reach these goals.

All therapists work together as a team to make sure the children receive the best possible services to meet their needs.

Rebecca Bissett

Speech Therapist

At CTC, I have the opportunity to work with an exceptional group of therapists that allow us to work as a team to help the client with various needs. Having that collaboration ultimately benefits the client to help them achieve their goals and helping them realize those goals, no matter how big or small, is such a rewarding experience. I think Dr. Temple Grandin says is best….. "There needs to be a lot more emphasis on what a child can do instead of what he cannot do".

In working with children at CTC, no day is ever the same!  I love seeing the growth of the children I work with, seeing them get excited when they accomplish something for the first time or hearing parents’ exclamations when their child meets a goal they may have never thought possible.  It’s very rewarding and where else can you go to work and play all day?!?!

Speech Therapist

I feel blessed to be a part of such a special organization.  I love watching the children grow and improve their skills from week to week.  I feel like we build special relationships with the children and their families and take great pride in celebrating their accomplishments no matter how big or small.  It truly is a place of "little miracles"!!

I love hearing the laughter from a child. I love watching them grow. I love teaching them the tools to succeed in life. My favorite quote "Be the Change you want to see in the World" - Gandhi

Mary Beth Laughery

Occupational Therapist

The most rewarding part of working for the clinic is seeing the smiles on my sweet children's faces when they accomplish something they've worked so hard for. They truly are inspiring.

John Bible - Patriarchs or Bishops

Ashley Mason

Physical Therapist

When I work with the kids at CTC I get inspired by them. Watching a kid push himself or herself to walk farther, stand up on their own, or do a new skill they've never been able to do is amazing to me. I love to see the potential in a child and then be a part of helping them reach it. Our kids and the other staff make working here fun. I can honestly say I love coming to work here every week.

Executive Director

While my job can be stressful, I also find it the most rewarding. It doesn’t matter how big or small, I love seeing the gains the children make from their hard work in therapy!

Administrative Assistant

I like and enjoy the people with whom I work as well as the parents who so gladly bring their children for therapy. Most of all, I love interaction with the children who try so hard and are each a precious individual in his/her own right.
